Invitation to Participate in the National Prayer Gathering

We are pleased to invite you to join us for a significant and unifying event, the National Prayer Gathering, under the theme "United in Thanksgiving and Blessing". This gathering aims to bring together individuals, organizations, and prayer groups from across the country to give thanks for the peaceful elections and to pray for the new Government of National Unity (GNU).

Event Details:

• Date: July 17, 2024
• Time: 10:30 am - 12:30 pm 
• Location: City of Cape Town, Council Chambers, 6th Floor, Podium Block, Cape Town Civic Centre, 12 Hertzog Boulevard, Cape Town, 8001

Purpose of the Gathering:

1. Thanksgiving: To acknowledge and give thanks to God for His hand in ensuring peaceful elections.
2. Blessing the GNU: To pray for the new government and its leaders, asking for wisdom, unity, and guidance as they take office.
3. Breaking Negative Influences: To pray against any curses or negative influences, racial harmony, including those from beliefs in black magic, ahead of the GNU's inauguration on July 18th.
4. Unity: Emphasizing the importance of coming together in prayer as a nation.

Call to Action:

• Join Us: We invite you, your organization, and your prayer group to join us in this unified prayer effort.
• Spread the Word: Help us share this theme and plan with your networks to ensure widespread participation and alignment in prayer.
• Participate as a Speaker: We are also seeking speakers and prayer leaders to guide us through this significant event. If you or someone from your organization would like to participate as a speaker, please let us know.

We believe that through our collective prayers and unity, we can invoke God's blessings and guidance for our nation. Your participation will be invaluable in making this event a success. We are limited to 100 participants so please register asap.
